New social media insights from global research

Tom Smith used to be Head of Consumer Futures at Universal MacCann in charge of the respected Global Social Media Wave Tracking Study but has since set up his own research agency called Trendstream, specialising in Social Media and global communication technologies.  This presentation summarises some of the the latest insights from the Global Web Index which includes the key trends in Social Media behaviour, reasons behind them, and the major implications for brand communications. Definitely worth a buchas.
