Tom Ollerton (from London digital agency Skive) and I recently collaborated to devise a list of the top challenges facing brands who host UGC or crowdsourcing content as part of their social media activity. Of particular relevance is the latest CAP proposals to extend self-regulation into non-broadcast media such as some social media environments. I’ll be posting updates on the latest developments or ramifications for the industry here or there will be updates on the new IAB Social Media Council blog.
